# Checkout Legal Warning

##### This article will explain how to configure the Checkout Legal Warning in Tymber Mission Control

 

Some states require Legal Warning verbiage to be displayed on an ecommerce site. The Checkout Legal Warning editable text field allows you to display this verbiage on the checkout in the ecommerce menu.

1. Log into Tymber Mission Control at [admin.tymber.io](http://admin.tymber.io) and click on the **General Tab.![](https://8611548.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hubfs/8611548/image-png-Aug-31-2022-03-54-35-42-PM.png)**
2. Under **Announcements and Disclaimers**, click on the **Edit** button and add/remove any Legal Warning verbiage.![](https://8611548.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hubfs/8611548/image-png-Aug-31-2022-04-01-50-19-PM.png)
3.
