# Kiosk order SMS notifications

##### This article shows you how to manage kiosk order SMS notifications.

 

Kiosk orders have notifications for **Order Placed**, **Order On The Way** and **Order Completed**.

**Order Placed:** Automatically sent when the customer places a kiosk order

**Order On The Way:** Sent manually by updating the order tracking status in the point of sale system

**Order Completed:** Sent automatically when the order is completed in the point of sale system

You can disable or enable a specific SMS notification using the **Active/Inactive Toggle**. You can use the available custom variables by surrounding them with curly brackets as shown in the screenshot below and the information will be populated dynamically.
