Edit the FAQ's on your website

This article will teach you how to add, edit, or remove sections from the FAQ accordion on your FAQ page.

 

1. Log into your Wordpress account and access the dashboard. From the dashboard, go to the "All Pages" section on the left sidebar. Scroll down the FAQ page and select "view".

2. To edit the FAQ page after opening it, select "Enable Divi Builder". 

3. Once the visual builder is enabled, hover over FAQ accordion block and click on the gray gear icon. 

4. Now, you will see the list of accordion sections. To read and edit one individually, click the gear icon on the left. You can also duplicate, add, or delete sections.

Once the section you want to edit is opened, you can go in and edit the question from the title and the answers in the body.

*Since the phone number is clickable in the "Can I call for support?" section, that indicates that there is an HTML code, so you can't just change the phone number in the visual tab. You must select the "Text" tab. To edit the phone number and the link, change the phone number in these two designated spots within the HTML code:

5. Once you have finished editing all the FAQ accordion sections, then you will click the green check mark on the bottom right corner. Then you will save the changes by clicking "save" on the bottom right corner.

6. The FAQ is now saved and updated!
