Due to anti-spam laws, you will need to ensure the member has opted in for SMS messages. You can do this by navigating to the member profile and enable SMS (with the consent of the member).
Marketing messages sent from long digit numbers (ie 844-922-0187) need to be phrased in a more conversational manner.
EX: "Hey {{member_firstname}}! Staying in? We'll deliver! Deals on ____ & ____ all this week. Order online at {{shop_website}}."
Some mobile carriers restrict texts with certain words related to weed, like "kush," so this prevents members with these carriers from receiving those messages (this is due to cannabis being illegal on a federal level). Either merge "kush" with another word or get creative with your spacing to "trick" these carriers from blocking your message.
NOTE:Some carriers are able to detect when you are "tricking" the system and will block these messages from sending. It is best to avoid cannabis-related words all together if possible.
*** BLAZE will not reimburse for any flagged / not received messages due to language or invalid phone numbers ***

If you believe your SMS messages have been flagged / blocked, please contact support@blaze.me to "reset" your number.
Until our Support Team has confirmed that your number has been reset, please refrain from sending more messages, as it is highly likely they will NOT be delivered by our 3rd party messenger, Twilio.
