Retail | Dispatch Changes 4/6/22

Blaze has made a few changes to Dispatch to improve your experience.  

1.  The Queue status is now visible under the order column for the order. 

• Queued
• In Progress
• Hold

2.  The order status has been added to the Status Column.  These new statuses are:

• Not Started
• Placed
• Accepted
• Packaged
• OntheWay
• Delivered
• Waiting Pickup
• Delivered (picked up)

3.  Two new filters have been added to the drop-down.

• Packed
• Not Packed

4.  Performance enhancements were made to speed load times for shops with high order counts.

5.  Order Status updates can be made in the order from the 3 dots as shown below.
