How to Create a Role
- Log in to BLAZE University
- Click on Site Administration
- Click on Manage Organization
- Click on the Create Role button
- Enter the Role Name
- Enter the Role Short Name
- Select Organization user
- Click Save
Sign Up New User via an Invite
- Log in to BLAZE University
- Click on Site Administration
- Click on Invitation Management
- Click Send Invitation
NOTE: Everyone that you invite in Bulk must be in the same role (Admin, Manager, End User)
- Enter Emails: To invite multiple users, add their emails separated by a comma (,).
- Select the Role from the drop down
- Click Save
Sign Up New User Manually
- Log in to BLAZE University
- Click on Site Administration
- Click on the Add a new user button
- Complete the new user form
- Required fields have the Red Exclamation icon
- Username: this is usually the email address
- Assign Role: Admin, manager, and your created role
- New password: The password must have at least 8 characters, at least 1 digit(s), at least 1 lower case letter(s), at least 1 upper case letter(s), at least 1 special character(s) such as as *, -, or #
- Force password change: we strongly suggest that you check this box
- First name: enter the First name
- Last name: enter the Last name
- Email address: enter the email address
- Click Save
Course Enrollment Request
- Log in to BLAZE University
- Click on Site Administration
- Click on Manage Organization
- Click on View Enrollment Request

- Click on the checkbox of the user
- With Selected users...: choose Confirm, Defer, or Cancel requests
- Click Submit
How to Enroll a Participant in a Course
NOTE: This enrollment method is preferred to enroll admins or managers only. The Self course enrollment method is recommended for all others.
- Log in to BLAZE University
- Click ALL COURSES
- Click on the Title of the Course you would like to enroll a participant in
- Click on Participants
- Click on Enroll users

- Select users: Search OR Select the user
- Assign role: select Student or End User
- Click Enroll users
