      In effort to increase app engagement and improve your app's search performance, your app includes automated review requests. These are triggered by customer order activity.

      When Is It Triggered?

      We have spaced out the requests to ensure a smooth user experience.

      • The first request is activated after a user places their second order in the app
      • If they don't leave a review, they will continue to get this request after every third order
