# BLAZE ECOM: HERBIE THE AI BUDTENDER

## Learn about Herbie The AI Budtender

Herbie the AI Budtender for Blaze ECOM brings the in store shopping experience of having a Budtender to ECOM customers. Herbie can answer questions about products on your menu, show off your daily deals, even explain terpenes and how they work. 

Herbie utilizes data from BLAZE POS and Blaze Product Recommendations to bring real time information to your customers. 

**How to Enable Herbie: **Please submit our [Enablement Form](https://share.hsforms.com/1ti2HjNhuT0aQdgs1rGSTDw42f60) and our team will get Herbie enabled on your ECOM menu(s).

### **How to find Herbie?**

**1) Web Menu**

Herbie will be located in the bottom right corner of your ECOM Menu menu.

Once you click the icon pictured above you will be greeted by Herbie in the chat window. 

**2) App Menu**

Herbie is integrated into the ***top*** of the Home tab as well as on the dedicated Herbie tab.

💡Customers who are signed in will be greeted personally by name by Herbie

   
You can ask questions directly in the chat window or utilize a preset prompt. 

In my example below I used the "Whats trending right now?" Prompt and was presented the best selling items in the location.

Herbie can even help customers get into another product category while keeping in mind that I would like something similar to the above product.
