Please review our **[Retail POS knowledge base article](https://support.blaze.me/hc/en-us/articles/retail-birchmount-gift-cards?hsLang=en)** on enabling and configuring Birchmont Gift Cards in the POS.  Once Gift Cards have been enabled and configured in the Retail POS, the defined category and products will be synced to the ECOM menu.
