      ECOM | Birchmont Gift Cards

      This article will explain how Birchmont Gift Card products appear on and can be purchased on an ECOM menu.

      Please review our Retail POS knowledge base article on enabling and configuring Birchmont Gift Cards in the POS. 

      Once Gift Cards have been enabled and configured in the Retail POS, the defined category and products will be synced to the ECOM menu. The category and product will be exactly like any other categories and products being supported by the POS.

      Category and Products View:

      • Once Gift Cards have been enabled and configured in the Retail POS, the defined category and products will be synced to the ECOM menu. The category and product will be exactly like any other categories and products being supported by the POS.

      Product Cart View:

      • Customers can select the available gift cart amounts or add a custom dollar amount in the Other field.

      Purchasing a Gift Card:

      • Once customers have selected the gift card amount, they'll be able to Add to Cart and complete their order through the ECOM checkout
      • Order will be placed into the Retail POS and be ready for fulfillment!
