Use the Outreach tab to connect with your customers.

What is Outreach?

The outreach tab is our hub for marketing services. You can use it to send push notifications to your app customers and email marketing campaigns to all your online customers. 

Outreach requires a subscription to a Blaze mobile app for push notifications or our marketing add-on for email campaigns.

Triggered Campaigns

Triggered campaigns allow you to set up automatic messages that send based on preset conditions. You can edit the messaging for each to make it your own. 

You will see real-time feedback on how many customers are interacting with your campaigns. 

Currently we have automated flows built to winback customers who haven't purchased in awhile, prompt new customers to order, and send abandoned cart reminders. 

One-Time Campaigns

This section allows you to create custom one-time messages that can be sent instantly or scheduled for later. 

You'll see data based on how customers interacted with each campaign. 

Use the filter in the top right to find campaigns you have created

Targeting Customers

One-time campaigns allow you to specify a more specific audience based on purchase history or store activity. 

Option 1: Pre-built Audiences

Pre-built audiences target customers based on online orders over the last 2 months. You can target your top 10%-50% using this dropdown.

Option 2: Targeting By Store

Our multi-location operators can also target customers by store. Here is a breakdown of how customers are assigned to individual stores:

  • Customers are assigned to the store where they created their online profile
  • Customers are assigned to stores where they have added products to the cart
  • These store assignments stack so customers may be assigned to multiple stores
  • Users will only receive each push notification once - even if they are assigned to multiple stores that are being targeted
