To use the pre-approved templates select one-time campaigns > new campaign.
Required fields for campaign setup:
- Campaign Name
- Select Channel(s) (SMS)
- Select Audience
- Select Stores
Click Continue to build content.
SMS Credits Meter Visibility
The SMS Credits meter is not shown by default. It will only appear while building your campaign, and only when one of the following is true:
- Low balance: your available credits are running low relative to what this campaign will use
- Insufficient balance: your available credits are not enough to send to the full selected audience
If neither condition applies, the SMS Credits meter will not display.
The SMS credit meter apply to both triggered and one-time campaigns.

If you are running low on credits you are able to buy more credits by clicking on "Buy credits". This will take you to accounts.blaze.me. You will want to login with the SSO you logged in for the Growth Dashboard.
If you are unable to login to accounts.blaze.me then you have not been authorized as a user. An authorized user will have to add you under Accounts Dashboard > Users from the sidebar > Add Member.

- Subject Line
- Preview Text
- Destination URL (optional)
- Select Stores
Click Save before sending yourself a test SMS
Send Settings
- Send Mode - Blast or coming soon waterfall.
- Schedule - Send immediately or schedule for later
Send now or Save
MMS Image Templates
Images for MMS are also available. To add a new image you can click on "add new image" from the Templates section under Outreach.
These images can be used within your campaigns after you have selected a template to use.
