Growth | Blaze Accounts Dashboard

Blaze Accounts is the new centralized accounts and billing platform for Blaze. It consolidates login (SSO) and account/billing data into a single, market-agnostic service covering the US, Canada.

How do I access Blaze Accounts?

You can reach Accounts from inside Growth or the Outreach tab within Mission Control - when you need to top up, use the "buy credits" button, which takes you to Blaze Accounts.

Blaze Accounts Dashboard

The accounts dashboard has the following sections:

  • Usage - Track credit consumption and manage top-ups.
  • Payments - Payment methods and invoice history.
  • Users - People with access to this Blaze account.
  • Roles - Custom roles and the permissions they grant.
  • Settings - Account preferences and billing configuration.

What happens when I run out of SMS Credits?

You'll see in Growth a low-credit warning when setting up a campaign, with a button to buy more credits. If you send immediately without enough credits, you'll be blocked until you top up.

If you schedule the campaign, it won't block you - you'll get the warning but can still schedule, and credits are only captured at send time. If you're still short when it's time to send, the campaign goes on hold until you add credits(if you top up in the meantime and have enough credits, the campaign will send normally.)

Why don't I have a default payment method defined when I try to buy credits?

If no default payment method is set then that means you need to haven't chosen where the charges should go yet. If you have more than one location, Accounts won't assume which one to bill, so you'll need to go to Account > Settings and set a default location as the charge destination for all credit purchases. Once a default is defined you'll be able to buy credits.

For now, both are handled in ChargeOver or Chargebee — you can log in there to update your card or download an invoice.

Do we switch context by shop or by company in accounts?

Accounts doesn't use shop-level context. It operates at the company level, where "company" maps to the entity defined as the Customer in ChargeOver. So when you're working in Accounts, you're acting on a company, not an individual shop.
