Growth | Customers

You can search for your customer using the search bar at the top of page or click the sort icons next to each column title. 

Once you click into a customer's profile, you will see their information is divided into 5 tabs. 

1) Overview

The Overview tab contains many important pieces of information. This includes:

• (Top) A loyalty tracker showing how many points they have, when they are expiring, and which loyalty tier they are in (bronze, silver or gold)

• (Middle) An "Installs" section showing if they are using a wallet card and/or the mobile app
• (Bottom) A customer details section showing their Member ID, last sync date, date of birth, address, and their lifetime points accrued

2) Notifications

The notification tab helps track all notifications they have received. This includes:

• An "Opt-ins" section showing if they are opted in for Email and/or SMS campaigns

• A "Notification History" section that lists all notifications a customer has received

3) Rewards

Lists out all loyalty reward offerings the customer is eligible to redeem. This is based on how many loyalty points they have accrued. 

4) Points

Tracks their points accrued and points used within two sections:

• "Points Metrics" shows a summary of total points earned for the year, points currently available, points used, unavailable points, and total points expired

  • Unavailable points include points associated to an unconfirmed transaction (Points Reserved) and points waiting to clear a post-purchase waiting period (Points on Hold)
• The "Points Log" is a list of all additions and deductions to a customers point total
  
  
• Reminder you can adjust a customer's points from any profile tab by clicking the 3 dots in the top right of their profile

5) Devices

Shows a list of all devices a customer has used to place an order. This includes web browser, iOS app, and the Android app.
