What Are Missions?

Missions are achievements that customers can complete to earn bonus points. They are designed to reward specific customer behaviors — things like signing up for the first time, placing their first online order, or returning after a break.

How Missions Will Work

When a customer completes the action tied to a mission, they are automatically awarded the points you have configured for it. No manual action is required on your end.

Example Missions (Planned)

Mission | Points Awarded(Example)

  • Sign up for the loyalty program - 100 points
  • Place first order on the app - 500 points
  • Place first in-store order - 250 points

You will be able to set the points value for each mission when configuring your loyalty program. 

Relationship to Stamp Cards

Missions and Stamp Cards (a planned wallet card type) will work together. A stamp card is a visual representation of a mission's progress — for example, a mission requiring 10 orders would show a stamp card with one stamp added per order. When the card is complete, the mission reward is issued.

When Will This Be Available?

Missions are planned for a future release. The current focus for launch is rewards and core loyalty configuration. Check back here or contact your account team for the latest timeline.
