It will only appear while building your campaign, and only when one of the following is true:  - **Low balance**: your available credits are running low relative to what this campaign will use - **Insufficient balance**: your available credits are not enough to send to the full selected audience If neither condition applies, the SMS Credits meter will not display. This will take you to accounts.blaze.me. You will want to login with the SSO you logged in for the Growth Dashboard. If you are unable to login to accounts.blaze.me then you have not been authorized as a user. An authorized user will have to add you under Accounts Dashboard \> Users from the sidebar \> Add Member.
