ECOM | Choose Order Number Source

Choose to display the POS or ECOM order number on all customer-facing notifications.

Order Number Explained

When an order is placed on your ECOM site, a unique order number is created in Mission Control and in the POS. You can see the order numbers on the order record in Mission Control. The ECOM order number is displayed to customers on the checkout screen and in order notifications by default. 

How To Change It

Want customers to see the POS order number instead? You can configure this in your Mission Control Settings tab. 

See the "Order Number Source" dropdown as shown below and select which order number to reference in your customer-facing notifications.
