ECOM | Outreach Analytics

How to interpret outreach analytics and understand the impact you are making with your customers. 

We break down how to interpret the analytics based on which channel you are using.

Each channel will show the same four analytics, but it is important to understand the nuances of what they mean for each channel. 

Push Notifications 

Sent: The number of devices we attempted to send the notification. 

Delivered: The number of devices where the notification was received and the user tapped on it.

Opened: The number of times the notification was opened via the phone banner and the in-app notification library. A customer can open a notification within the app multiple times. 

Clicked: The number of times the user clicked the link embedded in the notification. This is only relevant for push notifications with destination URLs

Emails

Sent: The number of email addresses we attempted to send the email campaign.

Delivered: The number of email inboxes who recieved the email.

Opened:  The number of users who opened the email in their inbox.

Clicked: The number of users who clicked the link in the email campaign. This is only relevant for emails with a CTA button. 

SMS

Sent: The number of devices we attempted to send the notification.

At this time we only record the sent count for SMS campaigns.

Diving Deeper

Once a campaign has been sent, you can click on it to view the analytics summary page. This page will show you the stats for all channels used and allow you to filter by channel type in the top right.

It also includes additional stats for email campaigns such as Bounce Rate, Spam Report Rate, and Unsubscribe Rate.
