BLAZE Retail can sync your current BLAZE menu to your Weedmaps menu! This allows you to update your menu in one place instead of jumping between websites, saving you time, hassle, and error.

This article will help BLAZE clients integrate with V2 Weedmaps. The process takes a few steps:
Set Up in Weedmaps
In order to start the integration, you will need your ID (Listing ID) that you get when you create a new Dispensary in Weedmaps.
NOTE: If you have a multi-location company, you will need to set up each Weedmaps account for each location, EXCEPT if you have Menu Override enabled for your account; If Menu Override is enabled, only add the Master pin. Only set up ONE pin at a time when adding multiple pins.
1. In your Weedmaps account, navigate to Manage My Business copy the ID from the desired Dispensary.
2. Click the Menu tab, then click the POS Integration / Integrated button.
3. From the dropdown, select BLAZE and click the green Save button.
Set Up in BLAZE
1. Once you have the ID, navigate to BLAZE Retail > Global Settings > Integration Settings > Weedmaps > Version 2.
- Click the blue Add Weedmaps Account button.
2. Click the blue Add Pin button and enter the Pin Name, Listing ID, and select Region (optional). When done, click the blue Save button.
NOTE: If you have a multi-location company, you will need to set up each Weedmaps account for each location, EXCEPT if you have Menu Override enabled for your account; If Menu Override is enabled, only add the Master pin. Only set up ONE pin at a time when adding multiple pins.
- Pin Name: This is commonly named after the Dispensary Name or Location (if multiple shops) in Weedmaps
- Listing ID: This is the WMID that is generated when you create a new Dispensary in Weedmaps
- Regions: Optional. These options are defined and managed in BLAZE (Global Settings > Company Settings > Regions). This gives you the ability to select specific inventories to display to Weedmaps
- Set the Status to Active (This will disable Version 1 if that is already set up)
3. Click on the blue Authorize Token button to authorize the BLAZE application to sync with Weedmaps. This may redirect you to Weedmaps to login.
What are regions and how do they work in BLAZE?
Enable Products to Sync with 3rd Parties
BLAZE Retail gives you the ability to choose which products are shown on Weedmaps and which are not.
1. In BLAZE Web Retail, navigate to Inventory > All.
2. Using the mass selector, select the products you want to show on Weedmaps. Click the Select Action button.
- Select Update 3rd Party Menus
- Set the dropdown to Active
- Click Save
- You have now mass-selected products to sync with 3rd parties (like WM)!
Sync BLAZE Categories with Weedmaps Categories
Once the Authorization status is Authorized and products have an Active Weedmaps Status, you can start syncing the categories.
1. In Global Settings > Integration Settings > Weedmaps > Version 2 > find the Manage Menu area.
- Click the blue Map Categories button.
2. Match the BLAZE Category with the selected Weedmaps Category. For any categories you do NOT want to sync to Weedmaps, skip.
3. Click the blue Map Categories button to save the changes made.
Mass Modify Weedmaps Products in BLAZE (optional)
Once your categories have been mapped with WM's categories, it's time to mass modify products for each category. Repeat steps 1-3 as necessary for each category.
1. In Global Settings > Integration Settings > Weedmaps > Version 2 > find the Manage Menu area.
- Click the 3 lines next to Map Products to select the desired category.
- For each product listed, the Weedmaps Brand will be set to Custom by default.
2. To set a verified Weedmaps Brand, click the pen icon of the desired product to verify.
- Enter in the name of the Verified Weedmaps Brand and the name of the Product
- Click the blue Checkmark button to save
- Repeat for all Verified Weedmaps Products
NOTE: Not all products of a Verified Brand are verified; if they do not appear, they are not verified.
3. For all NON-verified products, secondary, third, and fourth levels can be applied, as well as tag groups and discovery tags. Select like non-verified products. Click the blue Bulk Edit button.
- A popup will appear, enter: Tag Group, Discovery Tag, Secondary Level
- Tag Group: These tags determine how your products are filtered
- Discovery Tag: These tags determine how the products are filtered
- Secondary Level: These are additional subcategories for your products
- Third Level: These are additional subcategories for your products
- Fourth Level: These are additional subcategories for your products
- Click the Save button
4. Repeat steps 1-3 as necessary for each category.
Sync BLAZE Menu to Weedmaps
When satisfied with your changes, sync your BLAZE menu to Weedmaps!
1. Reach out to BLAZE Support at support@blaze.me to review your integration once set up!
2. In Global Settings > Integration Settings > Weedmaps > Version 2
- Click the Reset Sync button
- Click the Sync Menu button
- Wait 30-60 minutes for your BLAZE menu to populate on Weedmaps
