FAQ's
Q: I would like to hide the expected amount to enforce a blind count. How can I make that happen?
A: There is a setting found in BLAZE Retail > Global Settings > Current Shop Settings > Shop Information > “Enforce Blind Cash Drawer Counts.” This setting hides the expected amount in the cash drawer, drawer count, and print day summary. The only area this information still displays is in the Closing Report found in the Manager section in the POS.
Q: What is the difference between the keypad and the +/- option?
A: The keypad option is designed for those that do their counts first, and their entry second. The +/- option is designed for those that like to assist their entry with their counting.
