Configuring Your Product Profile
For each product you are receiving in BLAZE, you must adjust the following fields within the product profile to match Metrc exactly:

Navigate to your desired product profile in BLAZE and click Edit.

Metrc Category: This information can be found in your Metrc package under "Category." Update the Metrc Category field in BLAZE to match exactly how it appears in Metrc.

Weight Per Unit: This information is dictated by the package's "Quantity" field in Metrc. Vendors will send products either as "Each" or by a specific weight unit (e.g., Grams). Adjust the Weight Per Unit field in BLAZE to match this measurement.

Click Save to update the product profile.

Examples of Matching Fields
Here are examples of how to match Metrc data to BLAZE fields based on the unit of measure:

NOTE: If the Metrc quantity is in "grams" or another weight metric, you will need to specify this package by a weight option per unit in BLAZE (i.e., DO NOT USE "Each").

Next Steps: Receiving the Package
There is a two-step process to receive these packages. They must be received in Metrc before they become available to intake into BLAZE.

Receive in Metrc: After verifying that your BLAZE product profiles are set up correctly, accept and receive the transfer manifest directly within your Metrc account.

Receive in BLAZE: Once the transfer is received in Metrc, the packages will sync and become available to receive in BLAZE.
You can intake these items into your BLAZE inventory using one of the following methods:

Navigate to Compliance > Compliance Transfers to receive the manifest.

Navigate to Inventory > Purchase Orders to create a PO.

Add the package ad hoc by clicking the Add Batch button within the specific product profile.
