Retail | Package Admin Hold / Recall

If a package in Metrc is marked as Admin Hold (AH) or Admin Recall (AR), BLAZE will automatically detect this status, mark the associated product batch as unsellable, and prevent it from being added to the cart. An error message will be displayed if a user attempts to add the product.

Please defer to Metrc support for information and general practices when a Metrc package is placed on Admin Hold (AH) or Admin Recall (AR).

If the package in Metrc status has changed to sellable and the BLAZE batch is still reflecting as unsellable, please go to the batch details and select the Refresh Batch button to sync. This may take 15 minutes to fetch the update.
