Retail | What is Single Sign-On (SSO) at BLAZE?
Single Sign-On (SSO) at BLAZE allows you to log in once and access all your BLAZE applications seamlessly — including BLAZE Retail Admin, POS, and ECOM — without needing to enter your credentials multiple times.
NOTE: SSO improves security, streamlines your workflow, and reduces the number of passwords you need to remember.
How SSO Works
When you log in to any BLAZE product using SSO, you're authenticated through a centralized login system. Once authenticated, you can switch between BLAZE Retail Admin, POS, and ECOM using the App Switcher without logging in again.
SSO Options at BLAZE
BLAZE offers two types of SSO depending on your subscription tier:
| SSO Option | Subscription Tier | Description |
| Social Login | Premium / Pro | Sign in using your personal Google or Microsoft account for convenient access across all BLAZE products. |
| Enterprise SSO | Enterprise | Connect your company's identity provider (Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace) for centralized user management, enhanced security, and automatic user provisioning/deprovisioning. |
Benefits of SSO
- One login for all BLAZE products — no need to remember multiple passwords.
- Faster access — switch between applications instantly with the App Switcher.
- Enhanced security — enterprise customers can enforce company security policies.
- Centralized user management — IT admins control access from one place.
- Automatic deprovisioning — when a user leaves your organization, access is revoked automatically.
Supported BLAZE Products
SSO is available across all BLAZE products:
- BLAZE Retail Admin (web dashboard)
- BLAZE Retail POS (point-of-sale application)
- BLAZE ECOM Mission Control (ecommerce management)
