Featured Deals

Using the Discounts tab, you can sync your POS promotions and feature them as deal cards on your ECOM menu. 

Click here if you want to learn how to set this page up and activate your deal cards. On the other hand, read below to learn how your deal cards can appear on a preset schedule. 

POS Promotion Schedule

Before setting up the ECOM configurations in Mission Control, you need to ensure your promotion is created with either a set start and end date or set day(s) of the week in your point of sale. You'll see these options in the POS promotion next to 'Date Range' and 'Available On' as shown below.

Reminder: Deal cards will always disappear on their end date if one is set. 

Configurations Tab

Once your promotion is set to your schedule in the POS, then you have a few options to decide when the deal cards will appear. 

Deal cards must be toggled as Featured to appear on your menu. We offer different settings to schedule your deal cards however the featured toggle is required for all of them to work. 

Within Mission Control, go to Discounts > Configuration to see your deal card visibility options. 

You will see there are 4 options in the dropdown. Each option is a different setting that determines when your deal cards will appear. Read about each one below. 

Reminder: Deal cards will always disappear on their end date if one is set. 

Option 1: Always (Default)

Deal cards will display as long as they are toggled on. No start date is taken into consideration. They will only disappear if there is an end date. 

Option 2: 2 weeks before Start Date

Deal cards will appear 2 weeks before the start date and run through the end date. 

Option 3: 1 week before Start Date

Deal cards will appear 1 week before the start date and run through the end date. 

Option 4: Only while Active 

Deal cards will only appear appear in accordance with the set start date/end date and day(s) of the week. This is the only option that factors in your checked day(s) of the week in addition to the start and end date.
