ECOM | SMS Outreach - Submitting your 10DLC Form

This article covers where and how to submit your 10DLC form before using SMS Outreach.

Before you can start using SMS Outreach you will need to submit your 10DLC form. 

Inside of Mission Control select Outreach from the left side bar then click on the Configuration tab and select configure.

Most fields will already be populated with your business information in the form. All fields must be filled out in its entirety. Once you have filled out the form please click "Submit Registration". 

Please make sure to include your Business Tax ID(EIN Number). Without this information this will delay your submission.

We will notify you when your application has been approved and SMS Outreach is fully available for use. If your application is not approved, we will outline the required corrections so you can update and resubmit your information.
