Roles and Permissions are managed with the APP option in Company, Global Settings
Login to app.blaze.me
Use your BLAZE Employee credential to login and select POS option
Use your BLAZE employee pin to pin-in
Select the following to assign the users session:
- Shop
- Terminal
- Inventory
After logging in, you will see the main POS dashboard

Orders Section
Where all active orders exist. Use the queue selections at the top to navigate your orders respective to the specific queue type they are active in.- My Orders - All orders assigned to you as an employee
- Walk-in - All orders assigned as a walk-in order
- Pick Up - All orders assigned as a pick up order
- Delivery - All orders assigned as a delivery order
- Incoming - All online orders placed to sync with BLAZE
- New Order - Create a new order
Filter Tool
Filter tool allows you to refine your orders with the following:
- Status
- Prepare - Any order that's in the prepare cart
- Fulfill - Any order that's needing to be fulfilled
- Pay - Any order ready for payment
- Checkout Type
- Toggle to either see only your current terminal assigned order OR all order depending on the queue selection from the top header.
Members Section
- Search members manually or with scanner when connected
- New Member button top right to add/create any new members
Processing an order actions
1. Select the bubble left of the name for next options to process the order
2. Select the Queue type and/or employee you wish to assign this order to
3. Add to queue or start order to expedite the order processing
Member Profile
By selecting the member from the view above will bring you to the member profile
- Edit - bottom right to edit the member and make changes
- Add to queue - bottom right to process the order
Cash Drawer
Start new Drawer then enter the starting cash amount and confirm
After starting a new cash drawer you will see the next page to view the cash drawer activity
Add Entry
- Paid In - Amount being deposited in the cash drawer
- Paid Out - Amount being withdrawn from the cash drawer
- Cash Transfer - Transfer cash from one terminal to another terminal
Transactions
All completed transactions will show within this section
Select the transaction number hyperlink to view order details, void and/or refunds.
Settings
POS
- Inventory - view list of all inventory quantity, weight per unit, and price
Manager Settings
- Cash Drawer - manually pop open drawer
- Change shop, terminal or inventory
Logging Level
- Logging type within the console
Printers
- Primary - Main printer connected to device for physical receipts
- Fulfillment - Printer in BOH to send fulfillment receipt to
- Label Maker - Print label for exit/deli style
FAQ's - Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Enable Batch Quantities Sync - Settings
A: This setting is specific to Fulfillment checkout types only. Disabled as default for optimal performance when using Direct checkout type.
Q: Cash Drawer Important Notice Notification
A: This settings can be adjusted within your Global Settings > Current Shop Settings > Notifications > Max Cash Drawer Limit. Enter a cash amount in your settings for when the cash drawer exceeds a certain limit.
