Retail | Incoming Order Audible Chime
This article will explain how to enable an Incoming Order Audible Chime in the WebPOS App for online order notifications.
- Log into the WebPOS App and click Settings

- Under UI Settings, enable Online Order Notification setting. This setting is enabled by Default for any device that is used to log into the WebPOS App.

- With this setting enable, an audible chime will be triggered on the device that is logged into the WebPOS App when an online order is placed.
NOTE: This setting is enabled by default by device and must be disabled on each device individually if the incoming order chime is NOT wanted on that device.
Recommended: Disable the Enable inactivity timer setting to prevent the device from logging out of the WebPOS App that the chime is enabled on.
