Retail | Incoming Order Audible Chime

This article will explain how to enable an Incoming Order Audible Chime in the WebPOS App for online order notifications.

  1. Log into the WebPOS App and click Settings
  2. Under UI Settings, enable Online Order Notification setting. This setting is enabled by Default for any device that is used to log into the WebPOS App.

  3. With this setting enable, an audible chime will be triggered on the device that is logged into the WebPOS App when an online order is placed.

NOTE: This setting is enabled by default by device and must be disabled on each device individually if the incoming order chime is NOT wanted on that device.

Recommended: Disable the Enable inactivity timer setting to prevent the device from logging out of the WebPOS App that the chime is enabled on.
