ECOM | BLAZE Loyalty Integration

What can the loyalty integration do? 

BLAZE ECOM can integrate with the native POS loyalty program or our loyalty partners Alpine IQ and Springbig. Customers can accrue points and redeem rewards at checkout. We can send customer data to our integration partners but any marketing outreach is processed directly through their dashboards.

All loyalty programs are configured inside the POS. 

Each solution allows you to set up a point accrual based on customer purchase activity and create redemption rewards to exchange points for dollars off your customers' orders.

How to connect

BLAZE Loyalty will show as connected as long as you have a loyalty service configured in the POS. That is where you can enable the native loyalty service as well as integrate with our partner services. You'll manage this with the POS > Global Settings > Company Settings > Loyalty Rewards

Alpine IQ is connected in the example shown below:

BLAZE Loyalty will automatically show as connected in Mission Control Settings > Integrations once any loyalty service is active in your POS

Enable reward redemption

To ensure your rewards can be redeemed online check your Mission Control settings.

Settings > Store Configuration > Enable rewards

Rewards will be redeemable at checkout as long as the customer has enough points. There will be a dropdown as shown below:

Once reward points are redeemed, the reward will show on the customer's order as discount.

Rewards may not always be redeemable based on stackability settings
