NOTE: Before you enable this feature in your settings, please make sure your batch data is accurate. Enabling will override your product info Cannabinoid data with the batch Cannabinoids data.
Configuration Settings
Global Settings > Shop Information > Product Information Batch Sourcing Strategy
- Disabled by default
- Manual = allows you to select a batch or enter the data manually
- FIFO - First In First Out based on the purchase date of the batch
- LIFO - Last In First Out based on the purchase date of the batch
- Batch data for Cannabinoids & Terpenoids needs to exist in order to pull the data into the product information fields
- Quarantine and Exchange inventories are ignored from batch Sourcing
The product's batch data reflects the desired data to sync over to the product info
- Concentration
- Potency
- Terpenoids
- Cannabinoids

Product Information Sourcing = Inherit from shop (FIFO) based on the shop's information settings

Active Batch = The first batch with available quantity and purchase date
Product Information Sourcing = Manual
- Setting to manual within the individual product will allow you to override the shop settings and select the desired batch
- If Manual is selected, change the Active Batch field to Not Assigned, which will allow you to customize within the product info data.
