Kiosk orders have notifications for Order Placed, Order On The Way and Order Completed.
Order Placed: Automatically sent when the customer places a kiosk order
Order On The Way: Sent manually by updating the order tracking status in the point of sale system
Order Completed: Sent automatically when the order is completed in the point of sale system
You can disable or enable a specific SMS notification using the Active/Inactive Toggle. You can use the available custom variables by surrounding them with curly brackets as shown in the screenshot below and the information will be populated dynamically.
