This article will walk you through the steps to configure BLAZEPAY ACH for your BLAZE POS account.
Once you have access to the BLAZEPAY ACH Merchant portal, you will need to locate your Merchant Token and your Location Token.
Navigate to the Manage account tab on the far left of the Merchant Portal and on the first screen you will see your “Access API Token”. This is your Merchant Token ****
Next, click on the Locations tab at the top right to see your list of merchant locations. Here you will find your Location Token.
With both of these keys in hand we can now head over to the BLAZE POS Global Settings, and we will navigate to GLOBAL SETTINGS > CURRENT SHOP SETTINGS > PAYMENTS (new) and locate the BLAZEPAY ACH payment card.
Click the Blue Connect button and it will ask you for the following things:
- Merchant Name - You can just put the name of your shop.
- Merchant Token - We grabbed this above.
- Location Token - We grabbed this above.
Once everything is entered here, click the blue SAVE button and BLAZE will validate the tokens in real time. If you have entered one incorrectly it will tell you right away. Once we validate the keys and everything is setup, the payment card will now look like this:
Click the settings icon next to the toggle on the payment card and you can then view the following:
- Settings - Here you can enable or disable the functionality of automatically sending a pre-payment SMS to any incoming order you accept, that did not come from BLAZE ECOM
- Fees - Here you can set the fee your consumer pays in addition to their total when paying with BLAZEPAY ACH. This amount is fully controlled by you and can be changed at any time.
Note: Changing the fee can be done at any time, but the changes only affect transactions that begin after you save the changes. Any currently active or already generated SMS / QR code paylinks will still have the old fee within.
Now that BLAZEPAY ACH is fully configured in your shop, it's time to start using it. Please take a moment to review our USING BLAZEPAY ACH article to learn how to use your new payment program in-store!
