BLAZE Sites | Age Gate

The Age Gate widget appears on the site to verify a visitor’s age before granting access to content. Depending on configuration, it can also include a store selection dropdown, allowing users to choose their preferred store location directly from the widget.

To Add Age Gate:

1. On the side panel click on Widgets

2. In the widget search bar, search for "BLAZE"

3. Select BLAZE Sites | Age Gate

Updating the Fields in the Age Gate

1. Click on the Age Gate widget in the editor.
2. Select the Content tab.
3. A settings window will appear where you can edit each field.

Age Gate Editable Fields:

• • Enable Select a Store Dropdown - Toggle this option to allow visitors to select a store before entering the site.
  • Logo* - Upload a logo to display on the age gate widget.
  • Title*  - Enter the main title text displayed on the age gate.
  • Description* - 

    Add a short description or message that appears below the title.

  • Yes Button Label Text* - Customize the text on the confirmation button (e.g., “Yes, I’m 21+”).
  • No Button Label Text* - 

    Customize the text on the decline button (e.g., “No, I’m under 21”).

  • Safe Link* - 

    Enter a URL where underage visitors will be redirected.

  • Exclude Pages - 

    Specify any pages to exclude from showing the age gate, separated by commas.

To remove Age Gate from BLAZE Sites:

• Click on the Age Gate widget

• Click Trash Icon (Delete) in the BLAZE Sites | Age Gate widget task bar.
