Seeing a blocker on your Apple account when trying to enroll as a developer? Contact support with these easy steps.
Check Account Status
Go to https://developer.apple.com/account to check the status of your enrollment. You should see a message at the top of screen about whether your enrollment has been processed. If so, note your enrollment ID.
If you see an unexpected message or your enrollment is taking longer than 2-3 business days, check the next step to learn how to contact their support team.

Contact Developer Support
Step 1: Go to https://developer.apple.com/contact/topic/select and login with the same Apple ID you used to apply for the developer program
Step 2: Select "Membership and Account".
Step 3: Select "Program Enrollment".
Step 4: Choose your support option. We strongly recommend Phone support as they typically call back within a couple of minutes during business hours.
