      ECOM | New York State OCM Requirement in Menu Footer

      This article will explain the required New York State OCM informational text in the ECOM Menu Footer as per §129.2 Adult-Use Marketing and Advertising General Requirements.

      The ECOM Menu will automatically display the required New York State OCM informational text in the footer of all pages of the menu, if the Point of Sale Address is set to the state of NY

      If you do not see this text in the footer of your ECOM menu pages and the address in the POS is set to NY, please contact ecomsupport@blaze.me for assistance.
