      ECOM | Order Number Source

      This article will explain the ECOM Order Number Source setting.

      The Order Number Source setting allows you to choose the order number associated with a customer's ECOM order, which displays in the Mission Control Orders tab.

      POS Order Number will display the order number from POS (RECOMMENDED)

      ECOM Order Number will display a unique order number assigned by ECOM

      • Mission Control -> Settings -> Site Configuration -> Order Number Source
