ECOM | Set Up A Liquor Store for BLAZE POS

This article outlines how to turn a regular cannabis ECOM store into a liquor store to facilitate the sale of alcohol products

 

In order to have your regular ECOM store set up as a liquor store, please reach out to your BLAZE Onboarding Coach, or reach out to the ECOM Support Team at  ecomsupport@blaze.me

1. Once the liquor store has been enabled, the ABV% value ( ABV - Alcohol By Volume ) for each alcohol item in your inventory can be entered into the "Total THC%" field on the BLAZE POS product description. Simply access any alcohol product within your BLAZE POS from the Inventory tab > Products, select the relevant alcohol product, then click on the blue "EDIT" icon in the right top corner of the product card, and scroll down to the section "Concentration". 

In the "Concentration" section, please enter the ABV% value of the product under the "Total THC%" field. Make sure to save all applied changes by clicking on the blue "SAVE" icon in the right top corner of the product card:

2. Once all ABV% values for relevant items have been added on the BLAZE POS' end, please manually sync the POS, the article here contains step-by-step instructions on how to achieve this. 

3. After completion of the manual sync, all ABV% values will have been synced over into the BLAZE Mission Control Dashboard, and ABV% values can be seen in all alcohol products from the "Products" tab under "Composition"

The ABV% values are showing as THC% values on the BLAZE Mission Control product card, yet will be displayed as ABV% values on your ECOM menu

4. The display on the liquor store ECOM menu shows the alcohol items with their ABV% value as entered in the BLAZE POS on the product card

5. On enabled liquor stores, it is possible to filter alcohol items by their ABV% value from the "ABV Potency Filter" in the "Filter" section of the ECOM menu. Customers can simply click on the "Filter" icon on the ECOM menu and select the ABV% level they are looking for
