Software Download
*Note: The batch must be closed in order to perform a download, please
follow instructions on how to close batch prior to performing
download steps*

1. Put terminal into Stand Alone mode if in SEMI.
2. Batch out by pressing 2 then 1 on the main screen
3. To perform a software download, press the Menu Button (white button
with a dot)
4. Select Admin Mode from the list
5. Enter Admin password 123456A (press number 2 five times to get
uppercase “A”)
6. Scroll down and select Tetra Admin
7. Select Option 1 Download Application
8. Select Option 1 Configure Download
9. Press the green button on “Network Type” and choose the network type
being used by the terminal (ex:/WIFI) then press the green button
10.Confirm the TMS address is temterminalsnar02.icloud.ingenico.com
11.Confirm the port is set to 7002 and SSL is set to NOSSL or port 7004 and SSL
set to INGETRUST
12.Press the yellow button to return to the Admin menu
13.Select Option 2 for Start Download*

*If you get an “Upgrade Forbidden” error, the batch was
not closed correctly, please exit back to the main screen
to reset the host totals*
