Retail | Adding a Metrc Category in the Product Profile

This feature is meant to override an existing Metrc assigned category and replace it with a new Metrc category at the individual product level.

Navigate to Compliance > Metrc Category > Resync

  • Before You Begin

    Initial Sync: To ensure your Metrc Categories are populated and available to select from the dropdown menu, you must first perform a sync.

Note: Before you can associate an individual product to a Metrc category, the product must have already been created and associated to a category with a Metrc category assigned to it.

  • Instructions

  1. Go to an existing product to view the product profile.

  2. Click Edit Product.

  3. Under Metrc Category, select from the dropdown menu to view all available Metrc categories and make your selection.

  4. If any changes are made, be sure to click Save.
