1. Metrc: Get Metrc credentials and login
- New York Metrc Login
- A designated system administrator must complete the Metrc Learn training.
- All employees who will be utilizing Metrc must also complete the Metrc Learn training.
- Learn / Training in Metrc
2. Metrc: Order Metrc package tags and accept package tags when they physically arrive

- Order Package tags
- Accept package tags
3. BLAZE: Configure Metrc / BLAZE Integration
NOTE: Ensure you do not have any Biotrack settings configured before configuring Metrc API in your compliance settings.
4. BLAZE: Initiate Sync in Compliance Sync Jobs
- Compliance Sync Jobs
- Select the sync button
5. BLAZE: Map BLAZE Categories
5. BLAZE: Create Metrc Strains & Items in Metrc
- Create Strain first
- Create Items second
- After Strains and Items are created, you can go to BLAZE, Metrc Items, and select the button, Create Metrc Strains and Items.
6. BLAZE: Inventory Audit
- Ensure inventory is accurate in BLAZE moving forward
- Export Product Batch
- Inventory Reconciliation
7. BLAZE: Create External Transfer
NOTE: Only do the external transfer once
- Compliance Transfer
- Preview to export a CSV and review the data
- Select > Create Metrc External Transfer
8. Metrc: Receive the External Transfer
- Assign Metrc tags to the transfer once accepted in Metrc - This MUST be done in Metrc
9. BLAZE:
- Compliance > Metrc packages
- Select Sync Metrc packages to Batches
10. You're all set!
