ECOM | Change a customer's phone number
How to update a customer's phone number via Mission Control.
⚠️Treez Customers will need to provide a new email address as well as a new phone number to update their contact information
Occasionally a customer may want to change their phone number in their online account.
Customers cannot change their phone number themselves at this time.
1. You may update a customer's phone number via Mission Control > Customers
2. Select the customer you'd like to update phone number for.
3. Click on the edit icon next to Phone
4. Enter new phone number and hit Save
