      ECOM | Chatbots - General Functionality

      This article will cover some general info on chatbot functionality.

      • Chatbots or any live chat feature used on a website will have the script installed in Google Tag Manager (GTM). 
      • Google Tag Manager will fire across the entire domain, including both the content website and the eCommerce menu.
      • Within whatever chat feature is being used, the operator will have the ability to dictate what pages the chat feature will appear on.
