*Note: While this feature can be utilized quickly and efficiently within ECOM, we recommend that all customer list exports for audit purposes be done from the POS.
- Exporting a customer list from Mission Control is simple. It can be done on a page by page basis, or as a comprehensive list.
- In Mission Control navigate to Customers
- Click the dropdown box labeled Actions
- From the dropdown box, you can choose to export the list per page or to export the list entirely
- The customer list will be exported to the email address of the admin that is logged into ECOM. It should arrive within five minutes.
Only when the "Export All" option is selected, the customer fields of "SMS Consent" and "Email Marketing Consent" will be displayed on the export. The "SMS Consent" and "Email Marketing Consent" customer fields relate to the relevant consent options on the "Sign Up" page to an ECOM store:
If the "Export All" option is selected, the "SMS Consent" and "Email Marketing Consent" columns will show "true" when a customer has consented to either or both of the options, or "false" if not.
The "Export All' report shows the following customer fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Amount of Orders
- Date of last Order
- Active Account
- SMS Marketing Consent
- Email Marketing Consent
