      ECOM | Defining Customer Status

      This article will help define the colored tabs that appear in Mission Control next to a customers info in the the Status column.

      There are three different types of customer statuses that can appear in MC.

      1. Green = Customer - Customer has verified their phone number and ordered at least once.

      2. Orange = Confirmed - Customer has verified their phone number, but have not yet ordered.

      3. Red = Unconfirmed - Customer has not verified their phone number upon creating an account.
