This article will explain the ECOM Direct to Consumer Feature, which can be configured in Mission Control. DTC allows for the filtering of a brand's products on an ECOM menu.
The Direct to Consumer ECOM feature allows for a dedicated menu that showcases and allows the purchase of only the participating brand's products. The customer experience and menu UX is identical to Standard/Professional/Premium ECOM menus, and orders from the DTC ECOM menu will placed into the connected Point of Sale.
This allows for a partnership between a retailer and a cannabis brand to facilitate direct to consumer (buying from brand) online sales.

Requirements:
- Products, with the DTC Brand associated with them, must be configured in the connected Point of Sale

To connect the DTC integration, head to Settings -> Integrations -> DTC
Click Connect.
Connect the following:
- Brand DTC ID (it must be a positive integer): Brand ID - available on the Brands tab in the ID Column
- Store Locator URL: URL of brand retailer locations on content site which will be linked from the Delivery Address checker if an address outside of the support delivery area is entered for customers to find a location near them.
- URL must contain "https://"
- If no location page, enter any https:// url
Click the “SAVE” icon after having applied all required entries!
Once successfully established, the DTC integration window shows a “Connected” status.
When accessing the ECOM menu after the DTC integration had been successfully established in Mission Control, only items registered under the Brand ID 358915 ( here used as an example, and valid for any other brand ID used during the DTC integration ) standing for the brand name “Maven Genetics” are showing on the ECOM menu:
