This article will explain the ECOM Product Recommendations feature available on your ECOM Menu.
BLAZE ECOM provides the ability to enable Product Recommendations for your ECOM customers, that will provide them with personalized products to assist in facilitating quicker online conversions.
Product Recommendations are based on:
- If a customer is not logged into their ECOM profile or does not have enough purchase history in the POS, recommendations will show them “trending” products.
- "Trending" products are based on data from all completed orders from the POS; including BLAZE ECOM, walk-in and third party's, such as Weedmaps.
- If a customer is logged into their ECOM profile and has enough purchase history in the POS, recommendations will show them a mix of “previously purchased” and “trending” products.
How to enable Product Recommendations:
- Currently the Product Recommendations feature must be enabled by your Onboarding Coach during Onboarding or ECOM Support team. Please reach out to onboarding@blaze.me or ecomsupport@blaze.me to request the enabling of this feature!
Recommended Products tracking on the Orders tab
In the View All view on the Orders tab, ECOM orders that contain Recommended Products in them will include an icon indicating how many Recommended Products were included on the order.
Each order profile that contains Recommended Products in them will include an icon next to each Recommended Product included in the ECOM order.
