When express checkout is enabled for a kiosk, customer does not need to provide contact information.

Delivery configured Kiosks have the age gate show up the first time the kiosk is loaded, since the kiosk could be in a non-ID checking location. In contrast, the age gate on Pickup fulfillment configured Kiosks has been removed, because customers are getting IDs checked before walking into the store.
- Express checkout for kiosks allows customers to only enter their first and last name, customers do not need to provide email address or phone number
