Grow | Unprocessed Inventory and Processing

Unprocessed Inventory and Processing are the final part of the Grow Ops  process. Harvest batches can be viewed and have actions taken in this section. 

Viewing Batch Details

To view the batch's specific information, hover over the desired batch. The following information will be displayed:

  • Batch: Internal BLAZE identifier for the group of plants in the planting/batch
  • Strain: The strain that is used for the batch
  • Total Age: Based on the plant's birthdate and the current date
  • Total Weight: The total weight of the unprocessed inventory 
  • Days Since Harvest: The days passed since harvesting
  • No of Containers: The number of containers the unprocessed inventory is stored

Batch Actions

To perform an action on a batch, click the small 3 dots. The actions vary slightly between unprocessed inventory and processing:

  • Move to Processing or Move to Unprocessed Inventory:  moves the batch to the next stage or prior stage in the process
  • View Containers: When a dried harvest has passed the Drying stage, the details of the container(s) can be viewed here.
  • Create Packages <--(click heading for detailed package creation walkthrough)
    • Select Weight Type
    • Select Product
    • Enter Actual Weight Per Unit 
    • Enter Quantity 
    • Enter Waste
    • Select Room
  • Add Note
    • Click the green + Add Note button
    • Enter Notes
    • Click the green Save Note button
  • Add Image
    • Click the green + Add Image button
    • Enter image by either clicking the grey box or dragging the image into the grey box
    • Click the green Upload Image button
  • QA Lab Reports
    • Select the applicable Lab
    • Click the grey + Add Record
      • Select the Testing Type
      • Enter the Amount 
    • Enter the Date
    • Add any Notes
    • Click the green Save Test Results button
  • Print: This prints a label for the batch
  • History: This logs any changes made to the batch
    • New value: The change that was made
    • User: The user that implemented the change
    • Date / Time: The date and time the change was made
