      ECOM | Customer My Account

      This article will cover the account tab in the top right corner of the ECOM menu.

       

      The My Account tab serves three main purposes for customers:

      1. This is where customers can update their driver's license/medicinal recommendations. This is something a customer must do once their license or medical rec expires. Customers will do this in the personal information field.
      2. Manage reward points. The My Account tab will show a customer their loyalty points, if your dispensary has a loyalty program set up. 
      3. The My Account tab also serves as one of several ways that a customer's password can be reset.
