Retail | Adding Tips

On the Web Retail BLAZE app, tips can be added to transactions! Follow the steps below to see how tips can be added.

Enable Settings

Before being able to have tips be added to transactions, they first need to be enabled within Global Settings.

1. Navigate to Global Settings within BLAZE Retail
   
   
2. On Shop Settings within Current Shop Settings, click the Edit button in the upper right-hand corner
   
   
3. Scroll down to the third section and find Enable Tip, click the toggle bar to enable this feature
   
   

Use the Add Tip Feature

Process a transaction as normal, but pause at the payment screen. 

1. Click the blue Add Tip button 
   
   
2. A popup will appear, enter the Tip Amount
   
   
3. Click the blue Save button
   
   
4. Click the blue Complete button
   
   
5. Done!
