Retail | Cycle Counts - Inventory

Cycle counts is where you can streamline your inventory management to adjust your inventory quantities quickly and easily in both BLAZE & your compliance system.

Cycle Counts are meant to count small batches of your products to stay on top of inventory counts throughout the year. Utilize Cycle Counts to count and reconcile a few shelves at a time, or perhaps a few Cycle Counts to help reconcile an entire Category of products.

  • Example 1: Count shelves 1,2 & 3 of your Vapes. Tag that shelf (shelves) with the completed Cycle Count number for reference as to what has already been counted. Then start another Cycle Count for shelves 4, 5, & 6.
  • Example 2: Utilize Cycle Counts to track the inventory of a Driver's Kit. Compare what was transferred to what comes back to the shop to look for any discrepancies.
  • Example 3: Utilize Cycle Counts to prepare for an entire Inventory. Counting shelves and categories throughout the month / year will help get a more accurate full inventory count.

This feature is designed to be used with a scanner to streamline your inventory management.

  • USB / PC - most USB scanners are compatible.
  • Bluetooth (BT) - DuraScan D740
