      Retail | Help! I'm Unable to Login to BLAZE

      If you are unable to login to BLAZE, but others are able to successfully use your credentials on a different computer, it's likely there are plugins / extensions on your Chrome browser that are preventing you from logging into BLAZE. 

      When logging into BLAZE, we redirect users to the Dashboard page. This webpage redirect is sometimes seen as an ad or something to block for some users when they have ad blockers, popup blockers, security systems, and / or firewalls. 

       

      Ad / Popup Blocker

      Disable the ad / popup blocker and you will be able to access BLAZE. 

       

      Security System / Firewall 

      Notify the security system / firewall that BLAZE is an okay website to use. Once cleared, you will be able to access BLAZE.
